Last updated: July 2026
Account

Registration data supports access, verification and support.

Security

Logs, IP and 2FA help protect sensitive actions.

Operations

Operational data keeps history, balance and reports consistent.

Notifications

Preferences control trade, signal, withdrawal and affiliate alerts.

User control

You control important preferences such as language, notifications and profile data. Keep your information updated to avoid security, payment or access recovery issues.

1. Data we collect

We collect registration data such as email, phone, country, language, sponsor, terms acceptance and other information required to create and maintain the account.

We may also process profile data, address, receiving destination, notification preferences, agent settings, selected signal tokens and data required for account security.

2. Operational and financial data

To keep the operations desk working, we record deposits, balances by source, manual operations, scheduled operations, agent operations, copy trade, rewards, bonuses, commissions and withdrawal requests.

This information is used to display history, calculate balances, process requests, prevent duplication, audit provider callbacks and comply with internal security rules.

3. Purposes of use

We use data to authenticate users, protect accounts, process deposits and withdrawals, execute operational rules, display signals, calculate rewards, maintain reports and provide support.

We also use technical and statistical data to improve stability, monitor performance, identify failures, prevent abuse and improve the user experience.

4. Security and authentication

The platform uses controls such as authenticated sessions, form tokens, internal validations, two-factor authentication and activity logs to reduce risks.

Users must protect passwords, email and devices. Sharing credentials may compromise the account and make recovery more difficult.

5. Integrations and providers

We may share strictly necessary data with infrastructure, email, notification, payment, crypto processing, market API and other providers used to operate the platform.

These providers receive only the information required to perform their functions, such as payment confirmation, withdrawal callback, transactional email delivery or notification delivery.

6. Cookies, sessions and technical data

We use cookies and session identifiers to keep users logged in, remember language, protect forms and preserve essential preferences.

We may also record IP, browser, device, date, time and security events for audit, fraud prevention and technical diagnosis.

7. Notifications

When authorized by the user, the platform may send browser or mobile notifications about operations, earnings, affiliates, deposits, withdrawals, signals and trade opportunities.

Users can manage notification categories in their profile and may revoke permission directly in the browser or device.

8. Retention and history

We keep data as long as necessary for account operation, operational obligations, security, fraud prevention, support, audit and compliance with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

Financial, operational and security records may remain stored even after inactivity or account closure when needed for evidence and system integrity.

9. User rights

Users may request access, correction, update or review of personal data, subject to technical limitations, legal obligations and records required for security and audit.

Privacy-related requests should be sent through the official support channels provided by the platform.

10. Abuse protection

We may analyze usage data to identify multiple accounts, referral fraud, reward manipulation, unauthorized access attempts, API abuse or conduct incompatible with the Terms of Use.

When risk is detected, the platform may apply additional checks, preventive locks, manual review or temporary suspension of features.

11. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect product improvements, new integrations, legal changes or security adjustments.

Relevant changes may be communicated in the system. Continued use of the platform after an update indicates awareness of the new version.
